ESTRELLA HOMECAREOS

Editorial and review policy

Estrella publishes first-party explanations of its product workflows. We distinguish those explanations from clinical, payer, legal, and regulatory guidance. Product pages and workflow guides do not replace an agency’s professional review or establish compliance.

Authorship and evidence

Agape Technology Solutions is identified as the organizational author of product workflow guides. That byline describes product authorship and does not imply a licensed clinical reviewer. Named people, qualifications, customer quotes, certifications, and commercial terms should appear only when verified and approved.

The current workflow guides explain the Kalinga foundation and its boundaries. Clinical recommendations, state licensing requirements, payer rules, and EVV obligations require current primary sources and a qualified named reviewer before publication. No credentialed clinical review is claimed for the current workflow guides.

Review and corrections

Editorial updates should record what changed, who approved the change, and the publication date. Product claims should be checked against the current owning implementation; an old release note is historical evidence rather than proof of current behavior.

A guide with regulated guidance must show its named reviewer, verified qualifications, primary sources, review date, and next review date. Review is due at least every 12 months and sooner when a relevant rule or implementation changes. Content missing the required evidence or approval must remain unpublished or noindex.

Readers should be able to distinguish an editorial update from a credentialed professional review; dates and labels must describe the work actually completed.

Commercial and customer claims

We do not promise search rankings, AI citations, client acquisition, or revenue outcomes. Search and marketing descriptions explain the work and measurement process. Customer logos are not substitutes for approved case-study evidence, and illustrative agency names are not customer endorsements.

Corrections to product information should be reviewed by the product owner. Public contact, privacy, contractual and compliance details remain subject to verification and approval. This policy does not establish that a clinical review process has already been completed or that an unbuilt integration is available.
