How the local worksheet works
Add an alias, requirement label, and expiry date. Entries remain in this browser tab’s memory until you clear or reload it. No account is required, no form information is sent to Estrella, and nothing is written to browser storage. You can download a CSV if you want to keep your own copy.
Dates are compared with your device’s local calendar date. An expired date is before today; a date equal to today is marked as expiring today. Due soon means within the next 30 calendar days. Check your device’s date before relying on the worksheet.
A reminder is different from staff readiness
An expiry reminder is one part of a review workflow. It does not establish that a document is authentic, approved, legally required, or sufficient for a particular role. Your agency must define its actual requirements and review process. Do not enter patient information, government identifiers, clinical notes, employee names, or documents here.
Staff availability, approved leave, employment status, account access, and visit-specific requirements remain separate considerations. The Estrella onboarding and scheduling workflows are designed to bring those decisions into context, but this free worksheet does not connect to your agency records or make assignment decisions.
Keep downloaded information under your control
A downloaded file is stored wherever your browser saves it. Clear the worksheet when finished, and handle exports using your agency’s approved practices. Closing or refreshing this tab loses the in-memory entries; the tool does not have a backup or recovery service.
Use a demonstration with fictional information to decide whether the worksheet is useful. If you need shared review queues, document permissions, approval history, or scheduling checks, explore the caregiver onboarding and scheduling feature pages and discuss the actual workflow during discovery.
Questions about the workflow
Does this tool determine compliance?
No. It is a date-reminder worksheet, not a compliance checker, credential verification service or scheduling eligibility engine.
