Estrella HomecareOS is presented as a product of Agape Technology Solutions. These terms concern access to public product information and the free credential worksheet. A commercial subscription, implementation project, care service, or agency deployment requires a separate agreement. Published pages do not create those agreements.

Appropriate use and your information
Use the website lawfully and submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not attempt to access other people’s information, interfere with the website, or submit harmful or automated abuse. Keep patient records, medical details, sensitive staff documents, and government identifiers out of the marketing form and worksheet.
An inquiry requests a response; it does not book an appointment or create a patient or agency record. The marketing form currently supports email correspondence only, subject to delivery configuration. It does not obtain permission for text messages, marketing campaigns, or another business to contact you.
Product information and the free worksheet
Feature pages describe current foundation workflows alongside capabilities that remain under development. Confirm suitability for your intended use before relying on a commercial deployment. No search ranking, revenue result, HIPAA certification, available BAA, payer integration, or certified EVV capability is established by these pages.
The credential worksheet is a planning aid, not a credential-verification service or scheduling decision. It does not determine whether evidence is authentic, sufficient, or legally required. You are responsible for checking the information entered, the device date, exported files, and the requirements applicable to your own organization. The tool has no server backup or recovery service.
Text messaging and future programs
No SMS enrollment or sending is available through this marketing website. Providing a phone number elsewhere, calling us, sending email or submitting a demo inquiry is not consent to recurring promotional messages. The contact number listed here is a business contact and is not represented as an approved Twilio messaging sender.
Before a future messaging program is offered, separate program disclosures will identify the sender, message categories, frequency, opt-in method, charges and support contact. Message and data rates may apply. The program will explain STOP and HELP handling; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Marketing consent must be optional, affirmative and separate from unrelated requests and is not a condition of purchase. Consent cannot be transferred between Estrella and an agency sender. This section does not enroll anyone in a program or represent that messaging controls have already been implemented.
Ownership, links, and changes
Brand assets and website materials remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses. Third-party resource links are provided to support evaluation and do not imply endorsement or make Estrella responsible for another organization’s services. The privacy notice explains the intended handling of inquiry information.
We may update these terms as the website or services change. Review the date shown on this page and the applicable separate agreement before using a new service.
