Choose a starting point for your demonstration
Agency software is easier to evaluate when the conversation begins with a specific way of working. A small office may need to keep several responsibilities visible to one coordinator. A team arranging non-medical support may begin with the relationship between a family request, the care arrangement, and the person assigned to the visit. Those starting points lead to different questions even when they share the same underlying records.
The two solution pages below describe those evaluation paths. They are proposed use cases, not published customer case studies, commercial packages, or proof of regulatory suitability. Each points to the same foundation feature pages so you can inspect the actual workflow boundaries instead of relying on an audience label.
Start with the handoff that causes uncertainty
Pick a point where your office currently needs to search or ask another person what happens next. It might be an unanswered inquiry, a credential that changes before a recurring visit, or a correction that needs review before financial preparation. Identify the people involved and the information each one needs to make the next decision.
Use fictional details to walk through the routine path and an exception. Ask what is saved, what remains a draft, and who can approve or publish the next stage. A useful demonstration makes the transition visible. It should also identify the limits of the evidence: a screenshot of one checklist does not establish that every related integration is available.
Distinguish shared workflows from confirmed availability
Intake, staff readiness, scheduling, care records, attendance, invoices, and payroll preparation are described in the feature pages. Recent local verification covered credential upload, review, approval, activation, expiry checks, and renewal using synthetic records. It did not establish real hosted scanning or a complete commercial tenant launch.
Commercial agency provisioning, migration services, published pricing, contractual terms, and deployment controls still require confirmation. Multi-location agencies are not included as a supported audience on these pages because that workflow has not been verified for the intended commercial product. No customer outcome is inferred from the example agency names in the interactive preview.
Agree what a successful evaluation should show
Before the demonstration, list the decisions you need to understand: who owns follow-up, which staff evidence must be reviewed, how a visit is released, and how changes reach the office. After the walkthrough, record which questions were answered and which depend on future implementation, professional review, or a separate provider.
The marketing inquiry requests a conversation; it does not book a meeting or create an agency account. Email delivery remains pending setup. The free credential worksheet can be explored separately without an account, but it does not connect to staff records or make scheduling decisions. Choose the relevant use-case page, then follow its feature links to compare the software with your own process.
